Within 30 days of purchase, items may be returned or exchanged (customer's choice) under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
To ensure that the return process goes smoothly, please contact customer service for a Return Authorization Number before sending in your return. Include a note with the Return Authorization Number and your reason for returning the product, along with the original packing
slip, inside your package.
If you don't have the original packing slip, please add the following information in your note:

• Ship-To Name and Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address
